THAT Council move out of the Committee of Adjustment, and pursuant to the Planning Act that the public meeting be adjourned at 9:11 a.m. and the regular meeting of Council be called back to order.

THAT Memorandum 2021-080 from the Fire Chief be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Memorandum 2021-082 from the Facilities Program Coordinator and Supervisor be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Memorandum 2021-081 from the Chief Building Official/Drainage Superintendent be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Council acknowledges Joe and Ellen Wallace for their contributions to the community and recognize the municipal assets currently named Wallace; AND THAT Council authorize the Joe and Ellen Wallace submission, to be included in the Name Registry for future use for a municipal asset, with the stipulation that the surname Wallace be excluded to avoid duplication.

THAT the AMO Policy Update and Conference correspondence be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Council direct staff to work with other Oxford OPP Detachment municipalities to develop a Police Board proposal.

That Council authorize the amendments to the Zorra Community Policing Committee Terms of Reference.

THAT Council direct Staff to setup a community information session with the OPP to review a Community Watch Program.

THAT items 11(b) - (e) be received and filed for information purposes only. 23-05-2021 Moved by Ron Forbes Seconded by Steve MacDonald THAT the motion be amended to add "THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra supports Application B20-89-5 and supports Application B21-17-5."

THAT items 11(b) - (e) be received and filed for information purposes; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra supports Consent Application B20-89-5 and supports Application B21-17-5.

THAT Zorra Council acknowledge the value and significance of the "Day of Action Against Asian Racism" proclaimed in Burnaby, BC; AND THAT Zorra thank the Thamesford Inclusion Collective for their local leadership on issues of Diversity and Inclusion; AND THAT the Township of Zorra continue in its commitment to actively work towards anti-racism and anti-oppression, with an added awareness of the increase in anti-Asian hate crimes in Canada since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic

THAT this session of Council be now adjourned and herewith closed at 12:29 p.m. and the next meeting of Council be called for the 19th day of May, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.
