THAT the agenda be adopted as printed and circulated

THAT the minutes from the September 1, 2021 Council meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT the Council meeting be adjourned at 6:01 p.m. for the purposes of holding a public meeting pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act.

THAT pursuant to the Planning Act, the public meeting be adjourned at 6:21 p.m. and the regular meeting of Council be called back to order.

THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra approve zone change application ZN 5-21-05 submitted by Glenn Hartman (owner Brian Usher) for lands described as Part Lot 12, Conc. 5 (West Zorra), in the Township of Zorra to rezone the subject property from 'General Industrial (MG)' to 'Agri-Business Zone' to allow for the construction of a single-detached dwelling, accessory to an agricultural equipment storage and repair business.

THAT, that the Council of the Township of Zorra advise County Council that the Township supports the application for Official Plan Amendment, File No. OP21-13-5, submitted by GSP Group on behalf of Kingwood Riverside Towns Ltd. Kingwood Riverside Developments Ltd., Agris Co-operative Ltd. & the Township of Zorra for the lands legally described as Part of Park Lots 6 and 7, Registered Plan 45 and Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4, Plan 41R10035, Township of Zorra to designate that portion of the proposed draft plan identified as Phase 1B as ‘Medium Density Residential’ to facilitate the development of up to 56 townhouse units; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra approve-in-principle, the zone change application File No. ZN5-21-08, submitted by GSP Group on behalf of Kingwood Riverside Towns Ltd. Kingwood Riverside Developments Ltd., Agris Co-operative Ltd.& the Township of Zorra., for lands described as Part of Park Lots 6 and 7, Registered Plan 45 and Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4, Plan 41R-10035, Township of Zorra, to rezone those lands identified as Phase 1B of the draft plan from ‘Special Restricted Industrial Zone (MR-3)’ to ‘Residential Type 3 – Special (R3-10) to facilitate the proposed draft plan of subdivision; AND THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra advise County Council that the Township supports the application for draft plan of subdivision, File No. SB21-08-5, as submitted by GSP Group on behalf of Kingwood Riverside Towns Ltd. Kingwood Riverside Developments Ltd., Agris Co-o

THAT Council receive report CP 2021-241 for information purposes; and AND THAT Council advise Planning staff to proceed with finalizing the consultation draft of the agricultural policies based on consideration of the comments received and initiating the formal Official Plan Amendment process and related public and agency consultation.

THAT the Land Use Compatibility Guideline delegation by Bryan Smith and Karen Peterson be received and filed for information purposes only.

That Council authorize the CAO to obtain quotes to carry out a pay equity study and compensation review; AND THAT the necessary funds be allocated from unused 2021 projects or

THAT the correspondence from Zorra residents regarding a vaccination policy be received and filed for information purposes only.
