THAT the agenda be adopted as printed and circulated with the possibility of having a closed meeting session pursuant to the outcome for item 13(a) Notice of Motion to Reconsider (124 Allen Street, Thamesford).

THAT the minutes from the April 20, 2022 Council meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT item 7(a) delegation from Laura Fraser and Tracey Arts, Ontario Federation of Agriculture, be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT item 7(b) delegation from Robert Walton, RW2 Engineering, be received and filed; AND THAT Council direct staff to proceed with the following next steps, as outlined in item 7(b), the Zorra Township - Urban Storm Water System Operations and Financing Options report:  Council report;  Public consultation - Public Notice and hold a public meeting on June 15th at 5:00 p.m.; and  Develop system maps and operation program.

THAT Report 2022-072 from the Fire Chief be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Report 2022-086 from the Director of Recreation and Facilities be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Report 2022-081 from the Chief Building Official/Drainage Superintendent be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Report 2022-082 from the Director of Public Works be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Council grant pre-budget approval to the Director of Public Works to proceed with issuance of a Request for Proposal for One 2023 Tandem Axel Combination Plow/Sander Truck.

THAT Report 2022-085 from the Director of Public Works be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Council authorize the "Karn" submission to be included in the Zorra Asset Name Registry for future use for a municipal asset, provided that the name "Karn" not be used for the naming of municipal roads.

THAT council receive resolution 03-04-2022 from ZCPC; AND THAT this recommendation be considered when the task force model has been defined and formation of a task force is possible.

THAT Zorra Township Council support consent application B22-10-05 from 2487045 Ontario Inc.

THAT Council move into closed meeting session at 11:06 a.m. pursuant to Section 239.2(c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or board, regarding the reconsideration of 124 Allen Street in Thamesford.
