THAT the agenda be adopted as printed and circulated

THAT the minutes from the May 4, 2022 Council meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT the minutes from the May 10, 2022 special Council meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT the Council meeting be adjourned at 6:02 p.m. for the purposes of holding a public meeting pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act.

THAT pursuant to the Planning Act, the public meeting be adjourned at 6:12 p.m. and the regular meeting of Council be called back to order.

THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra approve in principle Zone Change Application ZN5-22-04 submitted by Thames Valley Resources Corporation, whereby the lands described as Part Lot 23, Concession 6 (North Dorchester), Township of Zorra to rezone the subject property from 'Aggregate Industrial Zone (ME)' to 'General Agricultural Zone (A2)' to recognize the rehabilitation of the site and surrender of the aggregate license.

THAT the Council of the Township of Zorra approve the Zone Change Application ZN5-22-05 submitted by Thames Valley Resources Corporation, whereby the lands described as Part Lot 20, Concession 1 (North Dorchester), Township of Zorra to rezone the subject property from 'Aggregate Industrial Zone (ME)' to 'General Agricultural Zone (A2)', as the former aggregate site has been rehabilitated in accordance with the required rehabilitation plan.

THAT Council grant pre-budget approval to permit the Fire Chief to proceed with issuance of a Request for Proposal for one 2023 Custom Cab Pumper Apparatus for the Thamesford Station.

THAT Council direct staff to award Zorra Paving Project Tender 2022-12 and Thamesford Paving Project Tender 2022-13 to Brantco Construction for the combined total tendered price of $1,127186.00 plus tax.

THAT Council direct staff to award Semi Mountable Curb Tender 2022-15 to Dufferin Construction for the total Tendered price of $37,844 plus tax and Pulverizing of Hot Mix Asphalt Tender 2022-16 to Roto-Mill Inc. for the total tendered price of $29,862 plus tax.

THAT Report 2022-096 from the Director of Public Works be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT Council endorse the name CLARK to be added to the Asset Name Registry, with the stipulation that it not be used in conjunction with "street" or "road" to avoid confusion with existing similarly named asset in neighbouring municipalities.

THAT Report 2022-067 from the Legislative Coordinator/Deputy Clerk be received and filed; AND THAT Council direct staff to proceed with the recommendations regarding the Township of Zorra Land Acknowledgment and Calls to Action as outlined in Report 2022-067.
