THAT Council receive Report 2022-169 regarding 21st Line Unopened Road Closing and Sale; AND THAT Council authorize Township staff to proceed with direct negotiations with the neighbouring property owners.

THAT Council receive Report 2022-166 regarding 274620 27th Line - Municipal Office Surplus Land; AND THAT Council declare 274620 27th Line as land surplus to the needs of the municipality; AND THAT Council direct staff to dispose of such lands utilizing a realtor and that a purchase price be established in consultation with the Township's realtor; AND THAT Council direct offers not be considered that propose an institutional use for the property.
