THAT staff be directed to prepare a thorough public consultation plan with respect to options for renovating the existing Municipal Office and/or moving the Municipal Office to the Technical Services on the former Maple Leaf Foods Inc. property in Thamesford as well as incorporating a child care facility and fitness centre.
