Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee

THAT the agenda be adopted as circulated

THAT the minutes from the January 11, 2022, Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT ZMCC proceed at this time without forming a formal subcommittee structure; AND THAT the committee undertake fundraising as a whole at this time.

THAT the ZMCC accept the resignation of Jeff Ruston, Ashley Herron, & Hayley Matheson.

THAT the donor sponsorship levels be as follows:  Bronze level: $1,000 - $2,499;  Silver level: $2,500 - $4,999;  Gold level: $5,000 - $9,999;  Platinum level: $10,000 - $49,999; and  Partner: $50,000+.

THAT item 7(d) be deferred to the May 10, 2022 ZMCC meeting.

THAT items 8(a) - (e) be received and filed for information purposes only.

THAT this session of Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee be adjourned at 8:21 p.m. and the next meeting of the ZMCC be called for the May 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Beaty Room.
