Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee

THAT the agenda be adopted as circulated

THAT the minutes from the October 8, 2024 Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee meeting be adopted as printed and circulated.

THAT the ZMCC adopt the 2025 meeting schedule as proposed in Report 2024-135.

THAT the ZMCC approve of the RFP project specifications for the multi-use courts as indicated in Report 2024-137; AND THAT the ZMCC request vendors to submit designs for a court layout within the proposed budget and site.

THAT this session of Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee be now adjourned at 8:12 p.m. and the next meeting of the Zorra Multi-Use Court Committee be called for January 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Zorra Municipal Centre.
